1. General

1.1. By creating an account on Rocketspin1.ca (hereinafter “Website”), you enter into a binding agreement with RS1 Digital Solutions Ltd., a company registered in Anjouan (Reg. No. 2026-00482).

1.2. These Terms & Conditions come into force as soon as you check the box for acceptance during the registration process.

1.3. The Website reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify players of significant changes via email or site notification.

2. Eligibility (Age and Jurisdiction)

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

2.2. It is the player’s sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in their region.

2.3. Residents of the following countries are strictly prohibited from playing: USA, France, Netherlands, and other jurisdictions as updated from time to time in our Restricted Countries list.

3. Account Rules

3.1. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any winnings may be confiscated.

3.2. You must provide accurate personal information. Failure to provide valid ID during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process will lead to account suspension.

3.3. Your account is for personal use only. Commercial use or “pro-gambling” strategies (e.g., arbitrage) are prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1. The minimum deposit amount is 20 CAD (or equivalent).

4.2. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3. Withdrawal Limits: Standard limits are 5,000 CAD per week and 15,000 CAD per month, unless otherwise stated for VIP players.

4.4. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player’s identity must be verified (ID, proof of address, etc.).

5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

5.1. All deposits must be wagered at least 3 times (x3) before a withdrawal can be requested to prevent money laundering.

5.2. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in Anjouan.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1. All bonuses are subject to specific Wagering Requirements (standard x40 unless specified).

6.2. The maximum bet while a bonus is active is 5 CAD.

6.3. Bonus abuse (including delayed rounds or software manipulation) will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Website is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any hardware or software malfunctions, lost internet connections, or any errors resulting from your device.

7.2. Our maximum liability arising out of your use of the Website is limited to the amount you have deposited in the last 3 months.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1. We provide tools for self-exclusion and deposit limits. Please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for details.

8.2. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn income.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
